Upon entering, you'll arrive on the bottom floor. ![]() The main attraction is the Astral Lounge, which is accessed via the stairs. The elevator will take you to Kore Kinetics, Generdyne Industries, CeltCorp, Stroud-Eklund Corporate HQ, Xenofresh Corporate HQ, Slayton Aerospace and the Sky Suite, which is a home you can purchase in the Astral Lounge. The stairs to the Astral Lounge and an elevator beside a desk to your right. Upon entering the tower, you'll find two points of interest. This towering skyscraper is home to a host of Neon's most important businesses as well as the notorious nightclub, The Astral Lounge. Located east of the elevator up from the space dock, you'll find the Trade Tower. You can speak to the receptionist here to get directions to your interview for the Back to the Grind quest. When you have the quest, head to Operations and you'll enter a large office block. You can only reach it after receiving the Back to the Grind quest found while accessing the red kiosk in Ryujin Industries' lobby. ![]() It will lead you through a ventilation shaft and drop you into an out-of-order area, but there isn't much to do other than steal a few tools. You can chat with Robert Frye about Mini-bots or head into the offices in the back.įollowing the route around will lead you to a supply closet with an unsealed vent that you can climb through using the boost pack. The opposite side of the floor contains the DRONE headquarters. In the Tranquilitea office, you can speak to Christine Quince to learn more about the brand, or head into the back office and talk to brewmaster Nancy Elicott to get recommendations on which teas to drink in different situations. On the Tranquilitea / DRONE floor, you'll find two separate businesses sharing an office space. Much like before, several amps are available to steal on the right and left sides of the shop, although Aito will keep a watchful eye, so be careful if you intend to rob the clerk. The store sells several Neuroamps that can boost your abilities, so they're worth checking out for those wanting some social or concentration buffs. For those with high sneak skills, you'll find several Novablast's on display to the clerk's right that you can steal, although it'll be tricky as he's in direct view.įinally, you'll come across the Neuroamp store opposite Aboron, where you can talk to Aito Suzuki about amps and their uses. The clerk can tell you more about the guns, as well as how best to use them. You'll also find the Arboron store where you can purchase non-lethal Novablast energy weapons. You'll find the Tranquilitea bar, where you can purchase Tranquilitea products. To the left of Jupiter's desk, you'll see a red kiosk which you can use to start the Back to the Grind mission chain, which unlocks the Operations floor and allows you to join the Ryujin Industries faction.īehind Jupiter, you'll see the lobby split into three different shops. When you enter, you'll find a desk to the right where you can speak to Jupiter Elicott, who can give you additional information about the tower and its various services. The area itself is split into four main areas: the Lobby, the Taiyo Astroneering floor, the Tranquilitea / DRONE floor and the Operations floor. Located west of the elevator up from the Space Port, Ryujin Industries is a sprawling corporate tower complete with shops, a show floor, a coffee shop, a drone store and an office block. The Ebbside exits are next to the Volii Hotel, Terrabrew Coffee, Trade Authority and behind the elevator leading to the Space Port. You can also access Ebbside from four doors on the street. Here, you'll find the majority of the main shops and establishments on the strip, including bars, clothing stores, hotels, the Trade Tower and the Ryujin Industries building. If you have the Neon Street Rat trait, you also unlock a hidden dialogue option with Jex, with the character able to tell her that they grew up on Neon and don't need guidance to get around.Īfter ascending the elevator found in the Neon City Spaceport terminal, you'll arrive in the central high street of Neon. You'll also encounter an NPC at the security counter named Sophie Jex, who you can talk to about Neon, Aurora, Ebbside and more. Watch the interaction play out to receive the Loose Ends side mission. You can access your first quest in the city when heading to the security counter, with a local man named Neshar being detained for attempting to sneak a drug called Aurora out of the city.
